[3] Have Grade "A", "B", or "C" on "sale of product." in the Kanto- Koshinetsu Area in terms of qualification for

participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency

[4] Meet the qualification requirements which the Executive Director may specify in accordance with Article 73 of

the Cabinet Order
