1) The MINISTRY OF SOCIAL SERVICES AND DEVELOPMENT - BARMM (MSSD
BARMM) through the General Appropriations Act for the Bangsamoro (GAAB) FY 2025
Continuing Appropriation intends to apply the sum of TEN MILLION PESOS ONLY (Php
10, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under
the contract for PROCUREMENT OF PROCUREMENT OF PAYMENT TRACKING
SYSTEM OF MSSD-BARMM OF MSSD-BARMM. Bids received in excess of the ABC
shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
