The Sangguniang Barangay of BALOGO, EAST DISTRICT, SORSOGON CITY, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites SUPPLIERS to apply for eligibility and if found eligible, to Bid for the here-under contract;

Prospective Bidders should have completed a similar contract with a value of at least 50% of the ABC, and have key personnel and equipment (listed in the eligibility forms) available for the prosecution of the contract. The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/ fail criteria in the eligibility checking/ screening as well as Preliminary Examination of BIDs. The BAC will conduct qualification and evaluation of the Lowest Calculated BID.



A particular relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bid Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post Qualification and Awards of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
