1.The Municipal Government of Candelaria, Zambales, through the OMOE Fund of Municipal Agriculture Office for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php. 1, 200, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the hereunder project.
Procurement of Palay Certified Seeds
40 Kgs per bag
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically be rejected at the bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Candelaria, Zambales now invites bids for the above-cited procurements. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
