INVITATION TO BID FOR THE

PROCUREMENT OF PABX SYSTEM

IB NO. 2024-080

1. The Tondo Medical Center, through the General Appropriation Act (GAA )intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Four Thousand Four Hundred Eighty Pesos (Php 704, 480.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of PABX System under IB No. 2024-080. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Tondo Medical Center now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the period specified under SECTION VI. Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
