Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Consultant : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector shall be 03(three) years.2. The minimum specific experience as Service Provider in providing service personnel of at least ONE contract (to comply with this requirement service contracts cited should be at least 70 percent complete) of similar nature and complexity completed over a period of 05(Five) years with a value of at least of Tk 50, 00, 000.00 (Fifty Lakh ) shall be required.3. The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk 15, 00, 000/- (Fifteen Lakh) over the last (03) three financial years4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. only Credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk.7, 00, 000/- (Seven Lakh).5. Up to date Valid Trade Licenses.6. Proper VAT Registrations Certificate as a Service Provider Firm.7) Up to date enlisted contractor-s certificate from PWD or any other GoB organization.8) Latest (last year) Income Tax clearance Certificate with e-TIN Certificate.9) Valid License from Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments (DIFE).10. Satisfactory other criteria laid down in the tender data sheet and additional terms and conditions of the tender documents
