1. The Municipality of Jaen, through the LDRRM FUND 5% 2026 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THREE THOUSAND PESOS and (2, 500, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract PROCUREMENT OF OUTDOOR LED WALL FOR DIFFERENT DISASTER INFORMATION, EDUCATION AND COMMUNICATION CAMPAIGN INCLUDING PUBLIC ADDRESS (PA) SYSTEM /ITB-2026- LDRRM-5%-03. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
