Tondo Medical Center, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure the project Procurement of Outdoor Fixed LED Wall with an Approved Budget for the Contract of One Million Pesos (PhP1, 000, 000.00) through Section 34 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009.
