1) The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF BAYAMBANG, through the GENERAL FUND - 2026intends to apply the
sum of FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (PhP585, 000.00) being the ABC to
payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF PROCUREMENT OF OUTBOARD MOTOR FOR
MDRRMO / NJQ-GOODS-08-2026-051. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically
rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF BAYAMBANG now invites bids for the above-mentioned project. Delivery
of the Goods is required WITHIN TWENTY (20) CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed, at least
TWO (2) YEARS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The
