Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
PROCUREMENT OF OTHER SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS FOR CY 2026
1) The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), through the General Appropriations Act of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Million One Hundred Nineteen Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-Eight Pesos (Php4, 119, 948.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Other Supplies and Materials for CY 2026 with Bid Reference No. 2026-23. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PDEA now invites bids for the Procurement of Other Supplies and Materials . Delivery of the Services is required for within Ninety (90) Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the last ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
