1) The Local Government Unit of Hilongos, through the GENERAL FUND-ANNUAL BUDGET 2026 intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED ELEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED NINETY PESOS (Php411, 590.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF OTHER SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Hilongos now invites bids for PROCUREMENT OF OTHER SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS using the Proportionality Principle (Fit for Purpose Approach). Delivery of the Goods is required 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
