Barangay Tuktukan through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites Contractors to bid for the hereunder project: Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criteria as specified in Republic Act No. 9184 and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
