Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderer must have latest documents related to1. Updated and Valid Trade license;2. Value Added Tax (VAT)/BIN Registration Certificate;3. TIN Certificate with Updated Tax Payer Certificate;4. General experience of Supply (According to TDS);5. Relevant/Similar & Specific Experience of Supply (According to TDS), 6. Sufficient Liquid Assets/Financial Solvency Certificate/Credit Line facilities (use BPPA prescribed format) and7. Original Manufacturer Authorization/ Dealership/Agencyship/Distributorship Certificate8. Tenderer will have to submit one sample of all items According to offered Brand, Make, Model, Country of Origin and Specification which are mentioned in the Schedule of Requirements and Technical Specification part by Tenderer within 04 (Four) Working days of Tender Opening. And the Quality of Supplied sample will be considered in the Tender Evaluation. If any Tenderer does not submit the sample by the mentioned time, respective Tenderer may consider non-responsive.
