The Department of Education, Division of Batanes, through its Schools Governance and Operations Division (SGOD) intends to procure and hereby invites local traders/dealers/distributors who can submit their best offer for the “Procurement of other materials intended for the activities specified in the Office Memorandum no. 13, s. 2026” for CY 2026 in accordance with Section 34 (Small Value Procurement ) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009.
