Procurement of Other Machinery and Equipment

1. The Provincial Government of Northern Samar, through the SP Ordinance No. 22 series of 2023, dated December 1, 2023 (Capital Outlay) intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php900, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for NS-03-22-24-07: Procurement of Other Machinery and Equipment Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Northern Samar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 60 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 3 (three) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
