Description : INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATION
1. The Local Government Unit of Barangay Abaroan, Roxas, Palawan, through the 2026, DOLE Integrated Livelihood Program, intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Fifty-Seven Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (Php 557, 400.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the PROCUREMENT OF OTHER EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS FOR ABAROAN PUREHARVEST MUSCOVADO PROCESSING. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. Delivery should be done within 100 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
3. Interested bidders/ suppliers may submit accomplished price quotations to the Bids and Awards Committee through its BAC Secretariat, LGU Barangay Abaroan, Roxas, Palawan, Palawan. The following requirements must be submitted together with the quotation: Mayor-s/ Business Permit, Philgeps Platinum Certification.
