Renting a hall designed for 300 chess players (for 4 days). The hall must meet the World Chess Federation FIDE and standards established by the Georgian Chess Federation, as well as decorating the hall with a chess theme. 2. Renting 160 chess pieces and 160 chess watches. 3. 1800 pieces of two-layer special chess blank. 4. Cardboard stand for table numbering 1-35 (7 pairs). 5. Renting a hand-held electronic detector, taking into account the anti-cheating provision. 6. Appointment of 1 International Arbitrator. 7. Hiring 3 referees and two external observers for the chess tournament. 8. 200 certificates under 8, 10, 12 years of age For the participants of the chess tournament (the text of the deed must be agreed with the buyer) 9. 44 pieces of deed with a frame for the prize winners.
