Tender Details

The Kainuu welfare area is requesting offers for ophthalmology specialist services for the ophthalmology outpatient clinic of the Kainuu Central Hospital with framework arrangements for the contract period 1 May 2024-30 April 2025. The customer reserves option 1 for 1 year.below and with a safe implementation.

The ophthalmology outpatient clinic receives approximately 9, 000 patients annually, of which approximately 1, 400 are first-time visitors.

The procured service includes the daily work input of 2-4 ophthalmology specialists to the eye outpatient clinic.

The eye clinic is open on weekdays at 8:00 AM-3:30 p.m. The hospital's office hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., when the service is provided. During service production, in-house consultation requests can be answered, in which case the service supports the Customer's other activities.

Certain things such as paperwork can be approved by the customer (e.g. preparing statements, lcommenting on laboratory answers with follow-up instructions) and telephone appointments are also managed remotely. In this case, 4 paper work/telephone working hours correspond to one working hour of a polyclinic day. injection treatments, the supervision of which is part of the Service Provider's service production. Subscriber and Service Productduring the contract period, agree in more detail about the service process, i.e. how patients are given treatments. The subscriber estimates the number of patients to be received per one ophthalmologist to be suitable per one (1) working day.
