Procurement of the Construction of Two-Storey Multi-Purpose Hall (Phase I)
1. Barangay Sta. Cruz, Mahaplag, Leyte, through the 20% Economic Development Fund (EDF) for CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Forty-Six Thousand Five Hundred Sixty-Three Pesos (₱746, 563.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Construction of Two-Storey Multi-Purpose Hall (Phase II). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. Barangay Sta. Cruz, Mahaplag, Leyte now invites bids for the Construction of Two-Storey Multi-Purpose Hall (Phase I). The completion of the works is required within fifty-nine (59) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within the last ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
