1. Barangay Hinaguimitan, Mahaplag, Leyte, through the 20% EDF Fund, intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Eighty-Eight Thousand One Hundred Forty-Nine Pesos Only (Php 588, 149.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Construction of Two-Storey Multi-Purpose Building of Barangay Hinaguimitan, Mahaplag, Leyte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. Barangay Hinaguimitan, Mahaplag, Leyte, now invites bids for the Construction of Two-Storey Multi-Purpose Building. Delivery is required within 37 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
