PROCUREMENT OF ONLINE BOOKS (PACKAGE 1)
1.The Municipality of Malilipot, intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Five Pesos (₱499, 995.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Online Books (Package 1). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Malilipot now invites bids for the Procurement of Online Books (Package 1) consisting of the following required features:
• Multidisciplinary Collection of eBooks
• Perpetual access to all eBooks
• In-campus access via IP-recognition
• Off-campus access via generic username/password
• DRM-Free (PDF downloading enabled)
• Unlimited Concurrency or Multi-User Access
• Library administrator account to enable:
- Usage report generation (COUNTER-5 format)
- Institutional branding
- Access entitlements
