FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF ONE THOUSAND (1, 000) UNITS OF HANDHELD BARCODE SCANNER
1) The Philippine Postal Corporation, through the CY 2026 Corporate Budget approved by the Board of Directors of this Corporation, intends to apply the sum of Six Million Six Hundred Sixteen Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (Php 6, 616, 800.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of One Thousand (1, 000) Units of Handheld Barcode Scanner. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Philippine Postal Corporation now invites bids for the Procurement of One Thousand (1, 000) Units of Handheld Barcode Scanner. Delivery of the Goods is required within Sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least Three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
