1. The Local Government Unit of Bato, Leyte, through the GoP (GF- Capital Outlay) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 4, 200, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Procurement of One (1) Unit Service Vehicle for use in the Mayor-s Office for Official Government Operations including field monitoring, disaster response, transport of rescue equipment, supplies and water assets of LGU- Bato, Leyte (batgoods 2026-04-030). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Bato, Leyte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 90 calendar days.
