1. The Municipal Government of Palanas, through its Palanas Water System Office Fund under Capital Outlay from various years, intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (Php 1, 180, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of One (1) Unit Service Vehicle (See Technical Specifications). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Palanas now invites bids for the Procurement of One (1) Unit Service Vehicle (See Technical Specifications). Delivery of the Goods is required for Thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
