Invitation to Bid for the Procurement of one (1) unit School Bus to cater underprivileged high school and college students
1. The Municipality of Madridejos, through the 20% Development Fund-CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos and 00/000 (Php 3, 000, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of one (1) unit School Bus to cater underprivileged high school and college students. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Madridejos now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within fifteen (15) days after receipt of the PO/Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
