PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) UNIT PASSENGER VAN
FOR DENR REGION 10
1) The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) - Region 10, through the General Appropriations Act FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PHP 2, 400, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) UNIT PASSENGER VAN FOR DENR REGION 10. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DENR-10 now invites bids for PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) UNIT PASSENGER VAN FOR DENR REGION 10 using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is required by thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
