1. The Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center, through the General Appropriations Act
2023 (GOP / HFEP 2023) intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred
Thousand Pesos (PhP1, 600, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract
(ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) UNIT
MULTI-SKIN ANALYSIS MACHINE: TEWAMETER, CORNEOMETER, MEXAMETER,
SEBUMETER (PIN No.: 2023- MULTI SKIN -105). Bids received in excess of the ABC
shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
