INVITATION TO BID FOR

PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) UNIT MOTORCYCLE AND PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) UNIT TRICYCLE

1. The Barangay Pagudpud through the Barangay Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (P250, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of One (1) Unit Motorcycle and Procurement of One (1) Unit Tricycle with Identification Number PAGUDPUD-2024-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Pagudpud now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by fifteen (15) working days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
