“PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) UNIT OF MOTOR VEHICLE”
1) The EASTERN VISAYAS STATE UNIVERSITY TANAUAN CAMPUS, through the FY2026 INTERNALLY GENERATED FUND (IGF) 4 intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Sixty Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Eight Pesos & 38/100 (Php1, 369, 858.38) as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for payment under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) UNIT OF MOTOR VEHICLE. Bids received in excess of the ABC for one lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The EASTERN VISAYAS STATE UNIVERSITY TANAUAN CAMPUS now invites bids for PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) UNIT OF MOTOR VEHICLE Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 calendar days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the last two (2) years prior to the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
