Procurement of One (1) unit Motor Vehicle

1. The City Government of Manila, through the Capital Outlay - Transportation Equipment Motor Vehicle intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php1, 400, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Procurement of One (1) unit Motor Vehicle / ITB No. 2024-03-43. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Manila now invites Bids from eligible Bidders for the above procurement project for Manila Urban Settlements Office. Delivery of Goods is required by Thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Prospective Bidders should have completed, within the last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a Single Largest Completed Contract (SLCC) that is similar to the contract to be bid equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the approved Budget for the Contract (ABC).
