Project Identification No. 2025-072
1. The Municipality of Tubungan, through Trust Fund - Financial Assistance from Provincial Government of Iloilo intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos (₱5, 000, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of One (1) Unit Garbage Compactor. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Tubungan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within ninety (90) days upon receipt. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
