PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) UNIT BRAND NEW EMERGENCY TRANSPORT VEHICLE
1. The Municipality of Tapaz, through the 5% Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund (LDRRMF) CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱2, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the with Identification No. 006-2026-G. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Tapaz now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) Calendar Days from the actual receipt of the Notice to Proceed/Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed a similar contract within the period specified in the Bidding Documents. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
