PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) PACKAGE LABORATORY SUPPLY AT RHU AYUNGON, NEGROS ORIENTAL

BID IDENTIFICATION NUMBER 2024-03-27

1. The Municipality of Ayungon, through the General Fund 2024 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Fifty Three Thousand Four Hundred Seventy One Pesos Only (353, 471.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of One (1) Package Laboratory Supply at RHU Ayungon, Negros Oriental Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Ayungon now invites bids for Laboratory Supply, Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty(30) days after issuance of Purchase Order (PO). Bidders should have completed, within 30 days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
