Job Description:
1. Perform basic repairs and preventative maintenance on building fixtures

Handle waste disposal and ensure sanitary standards are met.
3. Assist in receiving, moving, and organizing deliveries, furniture, and heavy equipment.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Ability to perform manual labor, lift heavy objects, and stand or walk for extended periods.
2. Familiarity with basic hand and power tools and general repair.
