PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) LOT TREATMENT, TRANSPORT AND DISPOSAL SERVICES OF GENERATED LABORATORY HAZARDOUS WASTE

(Single-Year Framework Agreement)

1. The DENR-Environmental Management Bureau Region 3 through the GAA-MOOE FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Seventy Thousand Pesos (970, 000.00) only being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of One (1) Lot Treatment, Transport and Disposal Services of Generated Laboratory Hazardous Waste. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DENR-Environmental Management Bureau Region 3 now invites bids for Procurement of One (1) Lot Treatment, Transport and Disposal Services of Generated Laboratory Hazardous Waste. Delivery of the Services is required within March - December 2024 after issuance of a Call-Off. Bidders should have completed, within January 2020 - December 2024 from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
