Description : 1) The Dangerous Drugs Board, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos (PHP 2, 100, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of One (1) Lot for Supply and Delivery of Office Laptops for DDB. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Dangerous Drugs Board now invites bids for the above-cited procurement project. Delivery of the Goods is required fifteen (15) calendar days upon Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
