PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) LOT PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES WITH CALIBRATION OF KIMOTO HS-7 PORTABLE GAS SAMPLER

Scope:

1. Leak Test

2. Flowrate verification and adjustment (if necessary)

3. Cleaning of tubing

Note:

1. Calibration Certificate must be provided.

2. Calibrator used must have traceability and must be included in the calibration certificate to be provided.

3. Should there be any parts to be replaced, 3rd party service provider shall send report and separate quotation immediately.

The prospective bidder shall submit the following:

a) Quotation Form

b) Proof of PhilGEPS Registration

c) Omnibus Sworn Statement
