INVITATION TO BID

PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) LOT LOYALTY RINGS AND PINS FOR THE SANDIGANBAYAN

(Reference No: SB-BID04-2024)

1.The Sandiganbayan, through the General Appropriations Act of 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Sixty-Eight Thousand Two Hundred Sixty-Nine Pesos (Php1, 568, 269.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the procurement of One (1) Lot Loyalty Rings and Pins for Sandiganbayan Loyalty Awardees with Reference No SB-BID04-2024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Sandiganbayan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within fifteen (15) calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
