Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) LOT HEAVY-DUTY PAPER CUTTING MACHINE
1. The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO), through the 2024 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Five Million Nine Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Pesos (PhP5, 955, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of One (1) Lot Heavy-Duty Paper Cutting Machine (Identification No.: PR No. 03-06-240134). Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PCSO now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery and installation of the Goods is required within Ninety (90) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
