“Procurement of One (1) Garbage Compactor Truck for the Municipality of Badoc”
1. The Municipality of Badoc, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos Only (5, 000, 000.00) the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of One (1) Garbage Compactor Truck for the Municipality of Badoc. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Badoc now invites bids for Procurement of One (1) Garbage Compactor Truck for the Municipality of Badoc using the open competitive bidding. Delivery of the Goods is required within 60 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
