1.The Municipal Government of La Trinidad, through the General Fund FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Two Hundred Ninety-Five Pesos (Php1, 555, 295.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of On-Site Medical Services for the Annual Medical Check-up of MHSO Job Orders, BLGU, BHW, BNAO, and Day Care Workers. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Municipal Government of La Trinidad now invites bids for Procurement of On-Site Medical Services for the Annual Medical Check-up of MHSO Job Order, BLGU, BHW, BNAO, and Day Care Workers with project reference number 2026-08-1687j-MHSO.
