Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1) Manufacturer/ Sole Distributor authorization letter shall be submitted.2) The Tenderer shall have a minimum 3 (Three) years of experience in the supply of simillar goods and related services.3) The satisfactory completion of specific supply experience of minimum 24 (Twenty Four) Lac under maximum 01 (One) contract in the last 3 (three) years shall be submitted.4) The tenderer shall submit brochure and catalog of related items.5) Tenderer shall submit sample brochure and catalog of related items to the PE office and upload approved brochure and catalog of related items into e-Gp before closing of tender.6) Manufacturer or Product ISO 9001:2015 Certificate shall be submitted7) Declaration on letterhead pad that tender will supply all spare parts for replacement guarantee of 12 (Twelve) months and all maintenance works for warranty of 12(Twelve) months effective from the final date of completion (any without payment).8) Up to date ABC Contractor's and Supervisor's License from Electrical Licensing Board shall be submitted.9) Tenderer shall visit the site in plant before closing of tender and detailed visit & inspection report signed by plant personnel shall be submitted in tender submission.10) Tenderer shall submit up to date Import License.
