Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF OFFICE SUPPLIES FOR VARIOUS OFFICES, BROOKE-S POINT, PALAWAN
1) The Municipal Government of Brooke-s Point, through the 2026 Appropriation Ordinance intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty-One Pesos (₱1, 798, 761.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Office Supplies for Various Offices, Brooke-s Point, Palawan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Brooke-s Point now invites bids for Procurement of Office Supplies for Various Offices, Brooke-s Point, Palawan using the Lowest Calculated Bid (LCB). Delivery of the Goods is required thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
