INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF OFFICE SUPPLIES VARIOUS OFFICES
1. The Municipality of Jaen, through the GENERAL FUND C.Y. 2026 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FOUR HUNDRED FORTY FOUR THOUSAND PESOS (2, 440, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF OFFICE SUPPLIESVARIOUS OFFICES/ITB-2026-GF-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Jaen now invites bids for the PROCUREMENT OF OFFICE SUPPLIESVARIOUS OFFICES. Completion of the Works required 90 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within the last ten (10) years, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
