Procurement of Office Supplies - Third Quarter
ITB #: 2026-125
The Municipal Government of Kasibu, through the General Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Eight
Hundred Ninety-Four Thousand Five Hundred Forty-Two Pesos and Fifty Centavos (₱894, 542.50) being
the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF
OFFICE SUPPLIES- THIRD QUARTER with ITB #: 2026-125. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Municipal Government of Kasibu now invites bids for the PROCUREMENT OF OFFICE SUPPLIES
THIRD QUARTER using the Lowest Calculated Bid. Delivery of the Goods is required with in 30 days after
receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 50% of the ABC with in 10 years
from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an
