The Department of Education, Division of Rizal-Timoteo A. Reyes Sr. Memorial Elementary School, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), will undertake an Alternative Method of Procurement through Shopping in accordance with Section 52.1(b) of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184, or the Government Procurement Reform Act (GPRA).
Please submit your best offer for the item(s) listed in the RFQ, following the Terms and Conditions on the last page. Submit your signed quotation by January 13, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at Timoteo A. Reyes Sr. Memorial Elementary School.
A copy of your 2026 Business/Mayor-s Permit, Tax Clearance, Omnibus Sworn Statement (GPPB-prescribed forms), and PhilGEPS Registration Number is also required to be submitted along with your signed quotation or proposal. A valid Certificate of PhilGEPS Registration may be submitted in lieu of the Mayor's or Business Permit.
