PROCUREMENT OF OFFICE SUPPLIES FOR MAYOR'S OFFICE AND VICE MAYOR'S OFFICE
1. The Local Government Unit of Tiwi, Albay, through General Fund for CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Forty-Eight Thousand Five Hundred Eighty-One Pesos & 81/100 (₱248, 581.81) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Office Supplies for Mayor-s Office and Vice-Mayor-s Office with Identification No. 2024-Goods-07. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Tiwi now invites bids for above procurement of goods. Delivery of the Goods is required 15 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
