Description : The Department of Education, Schools Division of La Carlota City, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure of Office Supplies for the Conduct of the Printing and Administration of Diagnostic Assessment Fund through Small Value Procurement (Sec. 34) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009.
Quotations exceeding the Approved Budget for the Contract (Php 538, 130.00) shall be rejected. Evaluation of quotation and award of contract shall be done on a per lot basis.
Award of contract shall be made to the lowest quotation which complies with the technical specifications, requirements and other terms and conditions stated herein.
