Description : Invitation to Submit Quotation for
“PROCUREMENT OF OFFICE SUPPLIES TO BE USED IN THE OFFICE OF THE MAYOR (SOCIAL SERVICE, MIS, PESO, MCDO)”
1. The Municipal Government of Hagonoy, Bulacan, through the General Fund FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand One Hundred Twenty Five Pesos (Php399, 125.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “PROCUREMENT OF OFFICE SUPPLIES TO BE USED IN THE OFFICE OF THE MAYOR (SOCIAL SERVICE, MIS, PESO, MCDO)”. Quotations received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of quotation.
2. The Municipal Government of Hagonoy now invites bidders for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 1 calendar day. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project for the last two (2) years.
3. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Municipal Government of Hagonoy at the address given below from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m..
