Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
PROCUREMENT OF OFFICE SUPPLIES
1. The MUNICIPALITY OF ANDA, PANGASINAN, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the delivery requires 30 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project of at least 50% of the approved Budget of the contract. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders).
2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009.
3. Interested bidders may obtain further information from MUNICIPALITY OF ANDA, PANGASINAN and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address specified in this Invitation to Bid from 8:00AM TO 5:00PM through the BAC Secretariat.
